Set within Casadonna, this project captures an intimate moment of exchange between Niko Romito and the Executive Chefs of Bvlgari Hotels, brought together for a three day retreat of training and shared practice.
Symphony in the Kitchen
The narrative unfolds through a documentary lens, observing the rhythm of the kitchen, the precision of gestures, and the dialogue between chefs. Moments of work, conversation, and reflection merge into a collective portrait shaped by discipline and collaboration.
Designed for digital platforms, the film balances structure and spontaneity, offering an authentic perspective on the culture, values, and evolving language of contemporary gastronomy.
