Few cities hold Venice’s sense of spectacle and timelessness.
Commissioned by Vela S.p.A. for the City of Venice, the work began with the city’s 1600th anniversary and grew into years of collaboration across the Carnevale di Venezia, the Salone Nautico and beyond.
Venice turns 1600 years old
The production included the on-site creation of a television special broadcast on RAI, narrated by Alessio Boni, offering a cinematic portrait of the city during a defining moment.

Over the course of several years, the collaboration extended across a wide range of cultural events, including the Carnevale di Venezia and other major initiatives across the city. A continuous body of work supporting the visual communication of Venice, still in use today.
